Whats included at Gravity Residence?
Living at Gravity Residence couldn’t be easier. All of your utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included within your monthly rent price.
This includes up to 100mbps per user high-speed Wi-Fi, Gas, Water and Electricity bills.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
Gravity Residence will have high-speed Wi-Fi, keeping tenants connected.
We are predicated to have speeds of 100mbps per user. This is a fast service and should enable you to stream videos, browse the internet, download study information, play game consoles and video call home.
Do you accept couples in studio and one-bedroom apartments?
Yes we do accept couples, living in our studio and one-bedroom apartments. Enquire today for more details.
How often are the communal areas cleaned?
The communal areas will be kept clean at all times. They will be cleaned professionally at least once a month if not more. In busy periods this could be more often.
Does Gravity Residence have bicycle storage?
Yes. Gravity Residence has bike storage facilities.
Do you accept pets at Gravity Residence?
No. Unfortunately we do not accept pets at Gravity Residence.
Can i move in before my tenancy start date?
This is at the discretion of the landlord but generally will only be possible if the tenant before you moves out early and also agrees to you moving in earlier.
Will i get my deposit back?
You will get your deposit back in full at the end of your tenancy as long the rent and bills are paid in full, the property is cleaned to high standards and there are no damages (fair wear and tear expected).
Do i need my own insurance for my flat?
We recommend that all tenants purchase their own contents insurance. However, the property you will live in is insured as a building to the legal requirements of the United Kingdom
How do I report an issue with my flat?

Will there be car parking?
Yes. Gravity Residence will have allocated car parking spaces. Please enquire for more information.
Can i extend my tenancy contract?
Yes, however you need to check with one of YPP’s lettings consultants for what period of time is allowed (on rare occasions this may not be available).
