Living at Gravity Residence couldn’t be easier. All of your utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included within your monthly rent price. 

This includes up to 100mbps per user high-speed Wi-Fi, Gas, Water and Electricity bills.

At Gravity Residence we go beyond the minimum standards to make sure your time living here is safe and enjoyable.

YPP, our exclusive lettings agents, are part of the Property Redress Scheme which is a government authorised consumer scheme which helps advise on issues that may arise during your tenancy. YPP are also compliant with the Leeds Landlords accreditation scheme and the Residential Landlords Association.

For our tenants' safety, we have 24-hour CCTV in all areas of Gravity Residence and manned security. We also have an onsite concierge service daily from 09:00-17:30.

We always advised that you lock windows and doors when your property is unattended and do not tamper with safety equipment which is installed in your property – this is there to help you.

When renting, most accommodation providers will not include the cost of extra services. It's important to check in general and understand what’s involved. At Gravity Residence all your utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are inclusive, so you don’t have to worry about that.

Council Tax:

If you are a student studying in the United Kingdom and have proof of this then you are exempt from paying local council tax. There are a few requirements that you have to meet to be exempt and these can be found here: www.gov.uk/council-tax/discounts-for-full-time-students.

TV License:

Students now require a TV license. New laws which were recently brought into effect apply to any household that watched live TV, TV on demand or uses any device to download or watch BBC programmes. Contents insurance:

This is an insurance which protects your possessions if there is a theft or accidental damage. A rental accommodation provider will not include this as standard, however the property itself will be insured. You can compare contents cover here: www.comparethemarket.com/home-insurance/contents

When you have decided which property, you would like to view you can either send an enquiry through our website, call us directly or visit the office in person to book your viewing.

You can find ‘enquire’ as an option on our website on each property listing. Simply fill this out and hit submit, you can specify a date and time and also add comments. It’s helpful to our lettings consultants if you fill out as much information as possible so we can assist you efficiently when your request comes through.

Life is all about the balance of priorities, living life in moderation and taking time out to relax. Make sure you research the area and the property where you will be living to find out everything about it. Its always good to research local parks, health centres, restaurants, cinemas and other attractions so you know.
